Development of the Community Relationship Action Plan

This project involved the development of a Community Relationship Action Plan as part of the PROFAND 4 FUTURE Strategy of the Profand Group. The aim was to identify, measure, and value the positive impacts in the communities where the company operates. The London Benchmarking Group (LBG) methodological framework was used, and a Donation, Sponsorship, and Initiatives Registry Matrix was created for tracking and monitoring the implemented actions.

All relevant stakeholders were involved, seeking their participation and awareness so they could appropriate the Plan and integrate it into their work processes and decision-making. Beyond the analysis, spaces for reflection and exchange of experiences were promoted to address the challenges and opportunities faced by each community.
