Strengthening academic and research institutions in Cape Verde
The technical capacity building programme is based on the transfer of knowledge from the universities that make up the Campus do Mar to the University of Cape Verde. In this context, the ICSEM team has prepared the baseline that allows for a sectoral diagnosis of the University of Cabo Verde and INDP (The National Fisheries Development Institute).

Contribution to the socioeconomic development of Haiti through the fishing sector
In order to promote the socio-economic development of the country, this study addresses various market reports and marketing diagnoses of small-scale fisheries in south-east Haiti. It supports partnerships in the definition of public-private partnerships and training on the definition and implementation of PPPs aimed at the public administration.

Strengthening the professional skills of the maritime-fishing sector in Mozambique
The project aims to improve the employability of young people by strengthening the maritime and fishing training offer in the coastal areas of Mozambique, for which it will be necessary to strengthen the training skills of the competent organisations through public-private collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Ex-post assessment of projects financed by La Rioja Cooperation from 2014 to 2016 (Spain)
This project focuses on collaboration with the Government of La Rioja to carry out the assessment of projects financed by Cooperación La Rioja between 2014 and 2016 in El Salvador. The assessment focuses on four projects carried out by two NGOs in the fields of vocational training, health and hygiene, and water. A workshop will be held to transfer results to the La Rioja NGO community associated with the NGO Coordinator.
